In response to Kimberly-Clark’s decision to stop selling Huggies baby diapers in Western and Central Europe, Pegas Nonwovens, the Czech Republic’s largest maker of spunmelt nonwovens, is assuring the market that it does not expect a decline in production volumes in 2013.

Kimberly-Clark is one of Pegas”s major customers and surely this decision will impact the volume of business conducted between, however Pegas supplies nonwovens to a wide portfolio of companies and fully expects its capacity in 2013 will be sold out.

Kimberly-Clark has indicated that it will continue production at its plant in Jaroměř, Czech Republic, a development Pegas views as positive.

Pegas will provide an update about the state of sales within the scope of the announcement of the financial results for the third quarter of this year.
